“I learn something new every day from our
residents and staff. A big part of my job is using what I know and
have learned to help Westminster Village North prepare for the

positive change are overwhelming!”
Director of Food Services
Dan Armantrout
A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, Mr. Armantrout began his service at Westminster Village North in June 2001. He has more than 26 years of food service management experience in restaurants, hospitals and long-term care. At the Village, he is responsible for creating and delivering unique dining experiences from three separate kitchens &8211; one providing a bistro-style menu in Independent Living, a second offering more traditional dining in Assisted Living, and a third offering a variety of innovative choices to Health Center residents.
“ I try to lead by example, providing excellent customer service to our residents. I like to give the people what they want, and reinforce to staff that this job is different from ordinary restaurant dining because we are serving in the customer's home.”
Director of Human Resources
Joe Bell, SPHR
Mr. Bell is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management. He also is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Indiana University. She began her 15-year career at the Village as
Maintenance Secretary, rising to Administrative Assistant and her
current position as Executive Assistant and Manager of
Communications.
“Managers must 'walk the talk,' in words and
actions to establish and maintain their credibility. I try every day
to show each employee and resident respect and courtesy. As manager
of the Customer Service Desk, one of my goals is to streamline
processes, bringing more efficiency and effectiveness to the
important hub for both residents and employees.”

with The Westminster Foundation with responsibility for fund

“One of the joys of working in a nonprofit
environment is the freedom to focus solely on mission and resident,
with stewardship, rather than pure profit, as motive. The Resident
and Community Relations team has a unique responsibility for the
'mental, physical and spiritual well-being' of our residents, and my
goal is to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed their highest
expectations.”
Director of Campus Environment

give the best service possible to our residents, never forgetting
that this is their home.”

Rhonda Garcia, RN
A graduate of Indiana Central University (now the
University of Indianapolis), Mrs. Garcia is a Registered Nurse with
responsibility for nursing services throughout the Westminster
Village North Campus. She joined the staff as Director of Nursing
Operations in 2006.
“It is my goal that the Nursing Department

Golden Rule, and I try to do that every day.”

and customer service to our residents and their families during
their stay here at Westminster Village North. Whether an individual
is with us for just a short time for rehab or therapy after a
hospital stay, or needs our services for an extended time, I want to
be sure every aspect of life in our health center or assisted living
meets and exceeds his expectations.”
