Executive Director

Shelley L. Rauch, MBA, HFA

Mrs. Rauch has served as Executive Director of the Village since December 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Purdue University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been a licensed Health Facility Administrator in good standing since 1990, and has served as a Board Member and State Chair of the Indiana Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, as well as a lecturer on the health care industry and the seniors it serves for the organization's spring and fall conferences. Mrs. Rauch works closely with the Board of Directors at the Village, and has ultimate responsibility for all operations of the 58-acre campus, comprising a 123-bed health center, 67-unit licensed assisted living, an independent community of 71 apartments and 52 cottages, and a staff of approximately 250.

Director of Food Services

Dan Armantrout

A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, Mr. Armantrout began his service at Westminster Village North in June 2001. He has more than 26 years of food service management experience in restaurants, hospitals and long-term care. At the Village, he is responsible for creating and delivering unique dining experiences from three separate kitchens &8211; one providing a bistro-style menu in Independent Living, a second offering more traditional dining in Assisted Living, and a third offering a variety of innovative choices to Health Center residents.
“ I try to lead by example, providing excellent customer service to our residents. I like to give the people what they want, and reinforce to staff that this job is different from ordinary restaurant dining because we are serving in the customer's home.”

Director of Human Resources

Joe Bell, SPHR

Mr. Bell is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management. He also is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Bell began his human resources career at a not-for-profit skilled nursing community in 1999. He is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining great employees to serve the residents and customers of Westminster Village North.
“I work hard to ensure that Westminster Village North has a great team of employees to meet the needs of our residents and our customers. I also focus on providing outstanding service and benefits to our employees.”

Executive Assistant/Manager of Communications

Jackie Brewer

Mrs. Brewer is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program at Marian College, and hopes to be graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2008. She previously earned a two-year Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Indiana University. She began her 15-year career at the Village as Maintenance Secretary, rising to Administrative Assistant and her current position as Executive Assistant and Manager of Communications.
“Managers must 'walk the talk,' in words and actions to establish and maintain their credibility. I try every day to show each employee and resident respect and courtesy. As manager of the Customer Service Desk, one of my goals is to streamline processes, bringing more efficiency and effectiveness to the important hub for both residents and employees.”

Director of Resident and Community Relations

Sandra Cline, MA

Mrs. Cline earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She was awarded a Certificate in Program Planning and Proposal Writing from The Grantsmanship Center, and qualified for licensure in NASD Series 7 and Series 63 Securities, and Indiana Life & Health Insurance, including Long-Term Care. She has been at Westminster Village North since April 2002, and oversees quality of life services, including marketing, creative services, concierge and leisure services, and the chaplaincy. She also works with The Westminster Foundation with responsibility for fund development.

The Resident and Community Relations team has a unique responsibility for the 'mental, physical and spiritual well-being' of our residents, and my goal is to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed their highest expectations.”

Director of Campus Environment

Wilda Duncan

Mrs. Duncan has been at Westminster Village North for more than 31 years, holding positions in housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and operations, special events, relocation and new construction, providing her the ideal experience for her position of responsibility for environmental services, operations and transportation.

“I strive to promote and ensure the safety, security, comfort and beauty of the entire Westminster Village North campus, including the physical plant and grounds, operations and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles. Our goal is always to give the best service possible to our residents, never forgetting that this is their home.”

Director of Nursing Operations

Rhonda Garcia, RN

A graduate of Indiana Central University (now the University of Indianapolis), Mrs. Garcia is a Registered Nurse with responsibility for nursing services throughout the Westminster Village North Campus. She joined the staff as Director of Nursing Operations in 2006.

“It is my goal that the Nursing Department delivers quality care to all residents entrusted to our care. As simplistic as it sounds, I think that we should all live by the Golden Rule, and I try to do that every day.”

Health Center Administrator

Stephanie James, HFA

With a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Toledo, Mrs. James holds an Indiana Health Facility Administrator's license and has worked in long-term care for 14 years. For the past eight years, she has been Health Center Administrator at Westminster Village North.

“My goal is to render the highest quality of care and customer service to our residents and their families during their stay here at Westminster Village North. Whether an individual is with us for just a short time for rehab or therapy after a hospital stay, or needs our services for an extended time, I want to be sure every aspect of life in our health center or assisted living meets and exceeds his expectations.”

Director of Financial Operations

Wm. Robert (Bob) Lee, CPA

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University, where he majored in Accounting. He has served as chief financial officer of Westminster Village North since July 2007.
“My goal is to work cross-functionally to accomplish the business goals and objectives of the organization. I also strive to develop and empower employees and my associates to meet their personal business objectives.”
